If your video is buffering (AKA stopping and starting) way too much when you’re trying to watch a video on Fusfoo, this is probably due to your internet connection. It’s likely that your internet connection can’t support continuous playback of the selected video quality. This is usually pretty easy to fix by switching to ‘auto’ in your quality menu, if it’s available. If auto isn’t available, choose one of the lower quality options.
If it’s still not working, you could try closing some windows or tabs open in your browser (especially if you have a whole bunch open), as well as any applications you have running that might be using up your bandwidth. You should also make sure that you’re using the latest version of your browser.
If you’re still having problems after trying all these fixes, feel free to reach out to our friendly support team. We’re always happy to lend a hand and will work to fix any issues you might be experiencing with Fusfoo. Get in touch here, and remember to include as much information as you can including the specific video (or videos) you’re trying to watch and the problems you’re experiencing. Also let us know what browser you’re using and what your operating system specs are. We’ll get back in touch with a solution ASAP.
